Resource Overload?!

Digital streaming, Nettrekker, World Book Online, Smartboards, OPAC, Thinkfinity, Web 2.0.... so many digital resources/tools to learn and use and help others too! A bit overwhelming to me, and I love all this stuff. I think you've really got to know your staff and where the best place to start and help them focus their energy most appropriately is.
